Since 1995 ACTA M has been providing professional services in the area of tax and accounting consultancy, bookeeping, tax evidence, payroll and managerial accounting, for a wide range of clients including Czech as well as foreign companies.

With expansion of our clients to EU we have gained experience with VAT tax returns in various EU countries (mainly Germany, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland). Due to our active attitude to education, we have extended our services in 2007 and newly we offer accounting according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for foreign clients. In cooperation with FREEMONT GROUP, whose presentation is available on our web site, we offer consultations in area of international tax planning. a For starting businesses or eventually for foreign clients we offer establishing of a registered office directly in our office space, it is so called virtual office that includes administrative services and professional support. |
